Mike Hamilton (sometimes listed as Michael Hamilton)
is a Gold and Platinum Awarded Guitarist, Vocalist, Studio Musician,
Songwriter/Composer, Multi-Instrumentalist and Concert/Nightclub Performer.
He has performed, toured, and/or recorded with many music artists including: Stevie Nicks, Sting, Michael McDonald, Bette Midler, Michael Steele, Jay Ferguson, Jack Tempchin, Peter Kater,
Gary Wright, Max Bennett, Jennifer Warnes, Steve Wood, Phil Marshall, Daniel May, Neil Larsen,
Mick Fleetwood, Andrej Sifrer, Jesse Colin Young, Bobby Bare, Mario Frangoulis, Eric Drew Feldman,
Justin Hayward, and Pure Prairie League - with whom he performed several of his own original songs.
Mike also toured internationally as a member of the Kenny Loggins Band, recording
lead guitar solos, background vocals and rhythm guitar parts on seven of Ken’s gold and platinum
Sony/Columbia albums: ‘Nightwatch’(which included the hit “Whenever I Call You Friend”
with Stevie Nicks), ‘Keep The Fire’ (“This Is It” with Michael McDonald), ‘Alive’, ‘Caddyshack’
(“I’m Alright”), ”High Adventure”(“Don’t Fight It” with Steve Perry and Neil Giraldo and “Heart To Heart”), ‘The Essential Kenny Loggins’, and ‘Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow - The Greatest Hits

His Guitar work can also be heard on such movie scores as “Endless Summer II” (film score by Phil Marshall), “Dolphins” (film score by Steve Wood and Sting) and “Johnny Tsunami” (Phil Marshall)
as well as numerous radio & TV commercials. In 2008, he recorded guitar tracks with Steve Wood for the Wood/Dave Matthews Band collaboration movie score and CD, “Grand Canyon Adventure -
River At Risk” (a MacGillivray Freeman IMax film).
As a solo performer, Mike plays his music consistently throughout the Southern California nightclub scene and has opened concerts for Spyro Gyra, Jerry Jeff Walker, Asleep at the Wheel,
Mick Fleetwood’s Zoo, and others. He has released 4 solo albums; ‘Songs And Sounds The Same’, ‘Anthology’, ‘Liv The Dig’ and ‘Impianoprov In Folktrancea’
